PNS Catering Services is managed by a qualified & experienced team engaged in the business of luscious food processing and food preparation. It caters many items comprising of North Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Rajasthani & Gujarati dishes, Chaat, Sweets, Desserts, Soups, Fruit Juices, Shakes etc.

All these food items are prepared as per our own conventional customs and procedures—keeping quality at the main centre.

  • All the Pack Charges mentioned on the website are applicable for Minimum 100 pax.
  • All the given rates are exclusive of Taxes.
  • Below 100 pax Charges are variable.
  • Minimum number of pax for outdoor Catering is 60 Pax and Take away is 30 Pax.
  • Transportation, Handling and Outdoor service charges will depend on the type and Distance of the Event.
  • For outdoor Catering all the necessary items such as Buffet setup & crockery, cutlery & disposable, Mineral Water will be provided by us.
  • For Outdoor Catering professional Service persons will be provided by us to make your event simply memorable.
  • Live breads and other Hot items onsite can be arranged at an additional charge.
  • Hi-Tea pack can be done only between 4 p.m. & 7 p.m.
  • Valued Customers are requested to arrange the tables for the buffet.
  • Valued Customers are requested to pay 75% of the estimate in advance to book the slot.
  • In case of cancellation of order, 50% amount of the given amount will be deducted.
  • For Gross bill amount minimum guaranteed Plates or no. of plates used, whichever is higher is taken into account.
  • Catering timing will be only two and half hours.
  • Post cleaning services will not be provided by us.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of food if the guests are more than estimated.
  • During Service time, if any damages will happen then our team will not be responsible for the same.
